[Bug?] Vet Banished Cells Boss - High Kinlord Rilis
I just started tanking after being a healer and DPS'r for a long while. I have the gear for it, im overcharged on spell resistance and armor, but High Kinlord Rilis' Daedric Bolt still hits me for 783 dmg a pop whether I am blocking or not. Is this a bug? Any other tanks take that much dmg from it?
