Best Pyromancer Build?

I'm doing a second run of ESO and I did wonderful with my VR4 Orc DragonTank.
Now I want to experience the magical side of life, and I Love, love, LOVE fire. I just wanna see the world burn, and i need help finding the best way to make it happen.
I need a few good ideas on what im looking for:
1. Dunmer life is best life. these motherflubbers can take the heat and dish it out on a melting silver plater.
2. Fire Staff is a no brainer, but what about weapons? could i be just as efficient with an axe as i am with a staff?
3. Light or Heavy? do I run around in a dress that ups magika, or can I wear an armored suit and dump all my attributes into magika to counteract the lack of magika buffing skills?
4. I've chosen Dragonknight as the class do to the Ardent flame skill line, but what about the other two (Earthen Heart and Draconic) do they have any skills a Pyromancer would find useful?
I am looking to you communtiy, I need the best of the best opinions to help me fight of the forces of evil and save Nirn.
