Mainly the differences in changes to heavy and light armor . Shield stacking . Seige damage . The effects on pulse groups with AOE caps lifted .
Question : On the PTS can you instantly select vampire and werewolf options to test those or do you have to go through the whole bite process ?
Locate and use a new Provisioning recipe. Show a new purple recipe v10 one if possible.
I want to see the new magicka regen passive for Templars, I presume that's included in your #1 on the list!
EXP gains from each source (PvP kills, PvP quests, PvE quests, PvE kills [dungeon, solo mobs, bosses, etc...], achievements, etc...) This is one of the most important aspects for me as they stated that they will be ensuring that all sources of EXP are viable. Since I no longer have silver/gold available, I need something I can grind, unfortunately.
Then, obviously, the actual CS point application and increase in player power. If it's too much it will break the game just as bad as if it wasn't enough. WILL 30 points provide me with the resources to perform the way I am now in current content? Since, as they stated, though it is getting a bit hard to trust what they say, they want us to perform the exact same now as we did before 1.6.
Correct, that's what number 14 will cover. But with several pages of change notes I'm certain viewers will still want some personalized questions answered like "will my build still work"Just to be clear.. ZoS will POST A THREAD about what THEY want tested and WHEN in this section:

or one very similar to it. It will have a list of: "We want to test this today", or "this weekend". They will also have open world testing, but beta testing a patch also involves focused things, like them announcing server wide, "we need every player on the server to port to Cyrodiil, Roebuck Keep and engage the guadian". Or "everyone head to the nearest town and attack a guard to make sure they are unkillable."
I am not so worried about the combat skills, I will figure out what is best for me with what is available. See, I am one of those who plays the way I want, which means for example I have a DK in Heavy Armor because to me, a Knight wears metal in game. I have a NB that does not cast, and I had a Sorcerer in Medium Armor because it looked better until I was in the 30's, then Light Armor looked better.
What I am worried about is how town and building farming will be with the Justice System. Will conditions make it so that Motif and Provisioning ingredients increase in price in the Guild Stores? And by how much? It all depends on what they flag as owned. If Wayrest Castle/Bank become buildings that have owned containers, that could have a huge impact on Motif pricing. If the Inns get owned containers that could have a huge impact on Provisioning ingredient pricing. Yes, these can be farmed out in the hinterlands, but the container density is much lower out there than in the towns.
That is what i am most concerned about. Mostly because I am sitting on a bunch of Motifs and have almost a fully stocked Provisioning Mule. Do I sell, use or toss what I have before 1.6 comes out and what do I keep are the things I am going to test.
I am also going to see how long it takes to gain CPs with questing and with grinding/world exploration activities.
Then definitely catch one of the streams =3I'd like a peek at the new combat animations

Spell crafting too.
Downloading the PTS now . Haven't tested since Beta . How long is this download anyways ?

I imagine that will be more in the ZOS test cases. This is also to address player concerns, rather than general bug hunting. "will my class be still as viable" "how much DPS can I do with this" things like that.

I don't believe so, those haven't been added into any notes we have, but if it is I will add it to the list

Definitely. I know the first thing I will test is if my Sorc is back to being viable in PvE for things besides Negating.

The utility of negate should still be there, but what are your requirements to be "useful" in PVE? Does it have to be better DPS than everyone else or are you shooting for a general number?
I ask after seeing a few rage posts out there complaining about a 1k verse 1.5k dps thread, both still being more than effective for trials and other content
SOFTCAPS are going away FOLKS! I wanna see what the hardcaps are and how much HP and DEF, CRIT, or power someone can max out with and what that looks like when you hit a mob. Also are mobs getting stronger or just us?
