    And Reman II came to invade Morrowind and the Tribunal pushed him back ! All HAIL THE TRIBUNAL ! Shall his fate be told everywhere on Tamriel and the Dunmers get peace !

    Time stopped. That's the only way to explain meeting people in two places where the "earlier" one has no knowledge of the "later" meeting.
