it only seems to crit heal when in stealth is it ment to crit at all or not and if so why does it only crit in stealth @ZOS

Yeah I reported a bug on this subject, never got around to making a thread complaining about it I suppose, so thanks for stepping up :P was hoping someone would.
However, the issue isn't as cut and dry as you describe, it's more like it very rarely crit heals when not in stealth, and vice versa will crit an obscene amount when under the effect of 'hidden', all for no apparent reason.
With any luck this will be addressed in 1.6, but the devil's advocate in me says it probably wont considering the absence of evidence in favor (not to be confused with evidence of absence, hehe) of a fix.
Regardless, awareness of the subject is necessary even if just incase, to tie this in to my original statement.
In conclusion, +1 to this thread. Needs more angry rabbling.2
