Igneous shield and dragon blood question

Igneous shield in the earthen heart tree increases all healing you do by 30% while active. Does anyone know if it also increases the amount of health you regain from dragon blood on activation?

Also does it effect the healing from inhale or burning embers?

Also, unrelated question, does anyone know if the 40% miss chance from ember explosion (dual wield line) stacks with the 30% miss chance from ash cloud?

I don't have a high lvl DK, so I cant comment about the igneous shield thing.

however, if ash cloud offers a miss chance, then it could very well stack with ember explosion from sparks. Test it out for yourself if you can.

To the miss chance. From what i understand. Dodge + miss stack. Dodge + dodge dont stack. So by going on that, i would say miss + miss dont stack but thats not proven. You would be best to test that on a mob.
