NB tank build?

I have seen a lot of NB tanks the past few months, and have wanted to try one myself. So what's a good build for a NB tank?

Sap Essence
Siphoning Attacks
Inner Fire/Puncture (Taunt)
Veil of Blades

All those are usually in a good nb tank build

Skill wise I normally use Pierce Armor, Absorb Magicka (def posture morph), Sap Essence, Circle of Protection, Siphon Strikes and Veil of Blades. (Sometimes Sap will get swapped for funnel health on a single target fight or Circle will get swapped for something else like blur or immovable or annulment. And sometimes I'll use Inner Beast instead of Pierce Armor).

On my second bar it varies greatly, but I often run a resto staff with healing ward, shades (this is good to keep up for damage mitigation and hopefully someone like the healer is running siphon strikes), refreshing path, another shield power, and siphon so I don't have to recast it.

I wear 5 heavy, 1 light and 1 medium (shoulders and belt). I wear a 5 pc footman's set, 5 pc Whitestrake's set, 2 pc Bloodspawn set. My rings have spell resistance and armor enchants on them. My necklace (I carry a bunch of them) gets swapped for encounters - I have a fire resist, ice resist, shock resist, poison resist and potion boost. I use the shield enchant on my sword as well.

I would recommend some hist bark and footman, with either engine guardian or bloodspawn for flavor.
