✭Anyone know if the damage reduction and snare actually works? Because I feel it doesn't. I'll fear someone and regardless of whether they break the CC or if it runs it's course I for some reason don't see any snare or damage reduction? Does it only happen during the fear? Because that would be pointless since a feared target can't attack so why bother having a damage debuff?Hey everyone! Look! It's a signature!0
