[BUG] Can we get eclipse fixed soon?

Apart from the fact that eclipse is being treated as a hard CC when it is a debuff, is there any prospect of an imminent fix to the bug, which have been reported for a long time now, where eclipse doesn't return projectiles to eclipsed enemies.
Ever so often, the incoming hostile spells are simply just absorbed but not "returned to sender" - and this stuff used to work back in the day, but it was broken in one of the patches some time ago.
When things work and you break it, do make it a priority to revert it to a functioning state again @ZoS.
