Why is dark flare's casting time still 1.5 seconds?

How long has it been since it was announced that dark flare's casting time would be reduced from 1.5 seconds to 1.3 seconds? The ability description even states that it takes 1.3 seconds to cast - so why not change the actual time to that now that it's been advertised and all that?

Go time the *** and then try it in sync with a crystal shard... dark flare has a slightly longer casting time, still.

Tested with razor macro, they both work with a 1.3s delay, so i dunno. Maybe because flare has a longer drawn out animation than frags that percieved .2 seconds comes from that.

Yeah, if you spam both simultaneously, dark flare falls behind in frequency so it's probably due to another templar animation issue. Thanks for testing it with a macro.
