A few questions about spell and weapon critical attributes on Armor.

Just made it to VR14 as a sorcerer, and I plan on crafting a legendary armor set, but have several questions so I don’t waste any runes etc.

From what I understand, all class skills use magic while weapon skills with the exception of destruction and restoration staffs which use magical.

So if this is the case, then, all of my armor should be focused on spell instead of weapon enhancements. Am I correct on this?

I also read in the ESO forum that enemy PVE’s, including all dungeons, do not critical damage; this damage is done by enemy players in PVP.

Should I go for maximum spell damage, or maximum critical damage, or should I go for the Impenetrable trait on some of the armor.
For both staffs, I was going with the precise trait, but I heard that in the online chat that the sharpened trait caused more damage.

I would like to get the maximum DPS out of my new armor set.

I was looking to do the following:

1) 5 Night Mother with light armor
2) 4 Twilight Embrace with heavy armor or chest and legs with both staffs
3) Infused on head, chest, and legs.
4) Divines on the rest of the armor
5) The Thief mundus stone.
