I have been trying to level this on my Templar. It finally went from level III to the level IV the other day. An odd thing though it immediately got a full skill experience bar but hasn't advanced further. There is no option to morph it. Is there a known issue with this skill? I have a ton of others but it is a bummer to level a skill up then not be able to do anything with it. I love the knock back for a pvp build but not really enough to put it up on a bar.
