Not trying to hurt anyone, it's a genuine question. I don't play a Nightblade, and I know very little about their skills. Is there something allowing them to reduce incoming damage that much?
I had an encounter with enemy NB, his health showed he was almost dead, but I just couldn't get him down. I looked into combat log afterwards and saw Light Attacks for 11 dmg, Endless Fury Explosions for 37 dmg, Crystal Fragments for 46 dmg, Disintegrate for 135 dmg. That's rougly around 10% of usual values.

Why ESO needs a monthly subscriptionWhen an MMO is designed around a revenue model rather than around fun, it doesn’t have a long-term future. ―

lordrichter... in the balance of power between the accountants and marketing types against the artists, developers and those who generally want to build and run a good game then that balance needs to always be in favour of the latter - because the former will drag the game into the ground for every last bean they can squeeze out of it. ―
