Best place for supply partnership of refined wood and metals

Hi folks, where is the best place to advertise and create supply partnership? I'm looking for steady supply of refined wood and metal but I feel like spamming chat zone isn't the best way. Is there a better way to advertise and create partnerships?

Completely fair enough on avoiding the spam. I have had to change trade guilds several times since launch but I am on NA server, so I don't know if that is replicated on EU. Most of the active trade guild call for members in craglorn and at least. In the DC alliance, wayrest. I believe it is because it is where the respec shrine, so all levels of players pass through. I went and wrote done the names of the guilds with guild traders in those places and then when seeking information about them. Hope that helps

I'm on EU and the 3 trading guild I'm with have gone dead. I suppose I can go in new guild but I was hoping there was a way to advertise to more players.

I just don't feel like spamming zone chat because I don't like it myself either when I see too many WTB/WTS on zone chat
