Its hard enough..... for the casual player its really hard ... please most people in this game 80% are casual players.. I think normal needs lowering and maybe veteran needs to be increased... I know of 5 players that have stopped not because it was to easy but its to hard....

The motivation should not be the reward. The motivation should be the fun! How can you expect anyone to have fun if the Dungeon is so easy you can faceroll it eyes closed. Then players will do Dungeon for the reward, they will "have to do their daily" it will be a grind and player will start to complain. If the Dungeon is fun, then the reward is just a bonus added.
Now, between you and me, the actual difficulty is so laughable that it only deserve greys as reward and 5g for the time spent: Nothing more than that. If players can not face more difficult than that, there is no hope for them.

Dungeon Scaling should take into account how strong your group really is.
It should take into account, if you have a full group and what the lowest level in your team is.
Not being able to finish stuff or getting to experience stuff will drive people away.
I am truly considering to quit ESO. This game got now all the flaws and bad things that made me quit other MMORPGs.
As much as I agree with the fact the dungeon is too easy, I totally disagree with this.
Motivation is the reward. Not the fun. There is no fun in completing the same dungeon 20x, no matter the difficulty (unless the difficulty is taken up a noch each time you complete it but most players wouldn't like that).
Only thing pushing me to do dungeons is the rewards and problem is that the traits randomness makes it an endless grind which sucks.
So as soon as I'm level 10 in undaunted skill line and drop the epaulets of the sets I want in the armor type I want, I'll never do an undaunted pledge again. It's the same for many.
No reward, no need to run it & waste potions.
Do agree it's ridiculously easy for good players but there are lots of people complaining so I guess it ain't so easy for them .

I guess it depend of taste. I personaly find the Dungeons very fun to do. I like to do them, repeat them,and explore them again. They are gorgeous, the mechanisc of the bosses are fun and interesting, and when the difficulty is right, it feel great!
Hopefully, there is many players that actually think like me, and enjoy to join Dungeon run, just for the fun!
If you do not like Dungeons,what do you like to do? you are more a PVPer?
