What would be the best best combination of Seducer and Willow Armor for a Sorcerer?

Would it be best to have a full set of Willow armor and the 3 pieces of Seducer, or just the opposite? I have a sorcerer build with a destruction and restoration staff.
I like that the Willow gives a regeneration of 15% to all attributes while under combat; this seems to be better then the Seducer reducing all spell casting by 8%. Is this correct?
If anyone has another combination that works for a Sorcerer/healer build in both PVE, PVP, and group dungeons, I like to know what you're using and why you those that particular combination.
