Skill Morph Reset Glitch (Flawless Dawnbreaker III reset into Dawnbreaker III)

The skill in question "Dawnbreaker" was morphed to the Flawless Version before the character transfer on my NB character. it was like this before the character copy to the PTS.
at this point, it only shows as Dawnbreaker III and is leveling around the rate of the morphed version.
Before the skill morph reset the skill was Flawless Dawnbreaker III so while the added effects of the morph have been lost, the level of the skill into its morph is still present, preventing me from respecing back to the base Dawnbreaker IV and
at this point, it only shows as Dawnbreaker III and is leveling around the rate of the morphed version.
