Is there any point to stacking spell resistance over the mitigation hardcap of 50% in view of spell penetration?
In other words, does spell resist create a capless pool from which spell penetration is subtracted, with a maximum mitigation of 50% from whatever is left? Or, is all spell resist reduced to the amount that produces 50% mitigation, and then spell penetration is deducted?
Setting aside the whole issue of the bugged sharpened trait, for the moment.
