Dedicated Templar Healer resto/resto help

I am attempting to build a dedicated templar healer for grouping and eventually hopefully bigger pursuits.

My primary bar I have atm:Rapid Regen, Lingering Ritual, Cleansing Ritual, Breath of Life, and Healing Ward with the Restoring Light Ultimate

It is my second bar that I am having trouble filling and don't know exactly which skills may be best suited. ANY help would be greatly appreciated.
If options weren't necessary, and everyone played the same way, no one would use addons. Fix the UI!

Some good abilities for a 2nd bar for healing:
    - Circle of protection, morph that increases health regen. Put this on the tank/boss.
    - Rune focus. Put this on yourself for extra defense. One morph gives you a really really tiny amount of magicka regen, the other will help you keep yourself alive by granting 15% additional incoming heals. Id pick the latter.
    - Radiant Aura. This is awsome for stamina and health regeneration. Your tank and dps will love you. Do not underestimate this ability.
    - Luminous shards. Again, awsome for stamina regen and also grants some magicka. This will make the difference for how much a tank can block.
    - Eclipse, either morph. This is situational for certain trash pulls, but you can lock down that hardhitting caster with it.
    - Backlash, purifying light morph. You do some support dps, while also spawning a small healing pool for the tank/mdps to stand in. Its not much, but it does help and at high magicka it heals for a decent amount. I always try to use it as much as possible.
    - Equilibrium. You trade off health magicka when you REALLY need it. Should be used with caution.

Also, another note. I wouldn't put breath of life and healing ward on the same bar, since they basically serve the same purpose: a burst heal to save someone. Better to choose one of them (I'd say breath of life) and then go for something like syphon spirit to further support your group with health gain per attack and also restore small amounts of magicka.

I would swap healing ward for inner light (magelight). I would also use nova as your ult but keep the healing ult on your alt bar as an oh sh** button.

Indeed. Nova is really awsome to have because of the damage reduction. Another option I just thought of:

-Blood altar. Put it down and let people use it at their own leasure. When morphed it heals them for max health I believe. The only downsides are the casttime, it doesn't fit the templar theme and from my experience the synergy option isn't always available when you want it to be.

Gives increased regen and restores up to 50% health on synergy.

Have to be below 60% health for the synergy option to appear though. It's a healing spell that often gets overlooked and can be situationally beneficial.

Just because you don't like the way something is doesn't necessarily make it wrong...

    Earn it.

Meh, don't bother with blood altar. While it sounds like it might be potentially useful in abstract, in reality it requires the DPS to not only monitor their own health state but ALSO stop their rotation in order to heal themselves. That's just lazy healing in my mind. In the time it would take for any member of your party to successfully utilize this synergy, you could have layered two or three healing springs underneath them and they'd be at full health anyway.

    Not worth the skill point.
