HI!

I´m having this problem about 3 or 4 months! When i click to start the launcher, it starts "normaly" but no information appears of any kind! No "X" button to close or the gear to configurations or the information in the news tab, even the word NEWS appears.It´s only show the drawings and the elder scrolls online logo. Well i learned with a other user here in the forum to use a program called CyberGhost. Only with this program the informations inside the launcher appears the way it must be. Please help me!

    Thank you for letting us know this is happening when you try to log in. We have created a support ticket for you, and one of our agents should be reaching out to you soon to see if we can get you logging in to the game. We will need some system information from you at that time, so if you can please create the following system reports, it will help towards diagnosing the problem with your launcher. Please do not post them here on the forums, but save them to your computer and attach them to the email when one of our support team reaches out to you:

    I would like you to run the Game Consultant on your launcher. This will create a file with information about your computer, the game and any errors that have occurred. Here are the instructions.

    Game Consultant:

    •Click the cog icon in the top right corner of the launcher.
    •Click ABOUT.
    •Click the Game Consultant button. This opens a new window.
    •Click the Run Tests button and wait a few minutes for the tests to complete.
    •When the tests complete, a new window opens telling you the report is saved. Click the OK button.
    •The report saves itself in your My Documents folder as a text file called Report.txt.
    •(You can click the Open Report Location button to open this folder, or click the Open Report button to view the report.)
    •Attach the Report.txt file to your reply to the email.

    MSInfo32:

    How to run MSInfo32 on Windows XP:
    •Click Start, then Run
    •Type msinfo32 in the Run box, and click OK
    •While viewing the System Summary node, go to File and select Export
    •Save the MSINFO32 report as msinfo32.txt on the desktop for easy access

    How to run MSinfo32 on Windows Vista, 7, and 8.
    •Press Windows Key + R
    •Type msinfo32 in the Search box, and click OK
    •While viewing the System Summary node, go to File and select Export
    •Save the MSINFO32 report as msinfo32.txt on the desktop for easy access

    Now that the report has been generated, it can be attached to help requests as needed. Please note that the file is very large, so it should not be copy/pasted into the contents of an e-mail.

    For Mac Customers:

    Please send us your system profiler so we can troubleshoot further:
    1.Click on the Apple icon in the upper-left the screen.
    2.In the Apple Menu, click on "About This Mac."
    3.Click "More Info" to open the System Profiler.
    4.Save this as a text file.
    5.Attach to this email when you respond.
