Should their be damage shield soft caps? 50% less shield after 750-1k? (excluding barrier as its an ultimate)?
Is harness magicka working as intended? IE. placing it last over other shields, gives you 50% less dmg/magicka return for all the shields you have on.
I also heard that harness magicka is returning magicka for light attacks even if they arent with staves. Anyone who can confirm?
