So it's the only thing in game that ignores the dodge rule, hmm.It's supposed to be longer that 1 second. And yes, I think Streak ignores that.
No what's happening is steak is not affected by the already broken rarely works immunity.Paych 1.1.2 -You are now immune to immobilizing effects during the time you are roll dodging, in addition to breaking out of existing effects when you begin the roll dodge.
What's happening is when good sorcerers are at close range they are seeing the dodge then activating streak. The streak is canceling the dodge mid roll.

So stuns, interrupts, escapes, avoids immunity, generates ultimate, damages, and it's an aoe. And somehow sorcerers defend that it is not OP and cry about its nerf..oh and it's initial cost is cheap like 200 after reductions...
