New Farming Spot in Dragonstar (1.4)

The Caravan Company Depot in the town of Dragonstar is a respectable farming location new in the 1.4 update. This one building contains:

Upstairs:
8 trunks
1 backpack
1 desk
1 dresser
1 nightstand
1 sack

Downstairs:
4 barrels
1 crate
1 wine rack

In this one building, I have found green and blue recipes, blue motif books, style stones, lock picks, white and green junk gear, purified water and just about every imaginable upper tier food and drink ingredient except oats and tomatoes, obviously. I suspect purple recipes and the Imperial will drop here as well. I doubt purple motif books will drop; but if I find one, I will update this thread.

This building is easily the best farming location in Craglorn and almost on par with the banks with Vulkhel Guard and Wayrest. The building is located in the northern part of the town of Dragonstar which is in northwest Craglorn.

Those had been my favorite spots as well. Regrettably, Wayrest either became bugged after 1.4 went live or has been robbed. Every Cabinet, Wardrobe, desk and nightstand is empty.

Too many people clearing it so every container appear 'open'.

Right now Wayrest has containers, (trunks, desks and nightstands) showing they contain items only to be empty when you open them. This is the bug to which @Nightreaver is referring.
