Unstoppable duration not working as intended?

Hey could you please look into the unstoppable ability from the heavy armor skill tree.
With 0 heavy armor pieces equiped the ability lasts for 8 seconds.
With 7 heavy armor pieces equiped the ability should last 35% longer, but it doesn't. It still only lasts 8 seconds...
Edit:
My mistake, it is increasing the duration - it's just so small it's hard to notice.
-It would be nice if it updated the duration on the description.
-Also 11 seconds isn't really that much more then 8 seconds... pehaps give this a slight buff to encourage players to wear 7 heavy instead of running around in light armor?
