[Rapid Manouver] - casting it gets you out of shealth?

If you are shealthed and cast Rapid Manouver, do you get out of shealth?

Yes, any team buffs (like Obsidian Shield, Molten Weapons, ...) will get you out of stealth to prevent you from supporting allies while staying unseen. On the other hand, self buffs (like Haste, Surge, ...) will not put you out of stealth.

There are various non-team buffs and abilities that aren't attacks but will put you out of stealth too, so thats probably not why they put you out of stealth.
