What Staff do you use the Most (corrected)

This is to get a census of what staff people use the most.

Tittle should have said Destruction staff.

I chose Lightning staff, because of the disintegrating properties equal out the dps compared to other staffs.

Frost Staff

Frost, it's the closest I can get to water manipulation and it suits my character's personality.

I should mention that I have only one staff user because I much prefer assassin and warrior archetypes.

There are four staves, not three. True, the fourth has its own skill line. That's a strength, not a weakness. It's also the best DPS over all, so its omission from your poll is puzzling. Care to share your reasoning for leaving it out?

It was a mistake. Title should be destruction staff. Was really only curious about destruction staffs. Why to see synergies people come up with. Yes resto buffs class powers by 10% but most people just equip it not really use it ( outside of healing/Fotm shielding .)

That's an interesting claim. Not based on real knowledge of resto staff users or of the characteristics of the staff (shielding? huh?), I don't expect. Best left out of it, then.

The only thing that Resto staff itself has that the others don't is the magicka return at the end of the heavy attack channel.

And by the way, you can only use skills from a weapon skill line while the weapon itself is equipped, i.e., the one in your hand. If you swap it out, they go dark. That goes for the passives, too, in case you're thinking of the Cycle of Life buff.

Lightning might interest me if it returned more ultimate.
