Art Object Load Error

Greetings All!
While I'm hesitant to say anything and JINX this, I have two people that run ESO that experience the "art object load failure" on live. Two different Windows, with Windows 8 having WAY more frequent tab outs + freezes. For anyone who never gets this, the game periodically freezes and tabs you out with an error (anywhere from infrequently for me to every 15 seconds or so on the 8 PC making ESO very frustrating to play).
However, on the PTS I have yet to have this horrid error pop up. Can anyone else who has this error on live confirm whether or not it's occurring on PTS for them?
Can any ESO rep mention whether or not the fabled "we're working on it" from the past several months and multiple tickets from me may finally be reaching a fix?
