Silvenar's Projection??

In Malabal Tor you are told to speak to the Silvenar's Psijic Projection.
Just one small lore related problem, only Psijics have a Psijic projection.
I have no problem with speaking to the Silvenar's projection, since a variety of orders including the mages guild and the Daedra can project their images. But for the love of Y'ffre loose the adjective "Psijic", call it his spiritual projection.
