I've bugged this several times in the game but there has been no response. This issue has been in the game at least since Beta.
Strife (and its morphs Funnel Health and Swallow Soul) inflicts some direct damage and then "heals for 25% of the damage inflicted every 2 seconds over 10 seconds".
As many people reported, the healing is often not 25% of the Strife damage and that is because the game calculates the healing based off whatever damage immediately precedes the first Strife healing tick. So if there's a bleed/burning tick for like 20, then Strife will heal for 5. The aggravating part is casting Strife again just extends the effect so once you get locked into some really low number, it continues to tick at that number til it expires.
Conversely, if you set a siege weapon on fire for 4000/tick, then Strife will heal for 800+/tick.
Please fix.
