Resolve (II):
-Increase Armour & Spell Resist by 6% per piece.
(decrease Armour values from skill buffs and Spell Resist bonus from Light Armour, so wearing Heavy Armour will always provide better Armour /Spell Resist values than wearing Light Armour + class selfbuff).
Constitution (II):
-8% Health Regeneration per piece (4% per piece is really imperceptible).
-0,3% Magicka/Stamina return on hit each 2s.
(resource return falls too short compared to the reduced costs/regeneration boost of the other 2 armour types).
