Hello,
I have a question for you regarding DragonKnight.
Are the changes that have occurred during that nearly half years is a reasonable endgame build on stamina?
Where it is possible to squeeze 800-900 DPS as it is in magica build 1k +.
I've always loved to play similar productions, big swords, where did maybe slow but powerful dps.A unfortunately this production that we not far away.
Reasonable build, for the entire world ESO is the magic build.
You play either-tank, healer or mage.
Nothing else makes sense dps 800 + Here to give a set anywhere.
Yes, you can play for fun how you want, but to do something you need to play magic.
How it has slowly sets Elder of Magic [Scroll] Online

Quaesivi✭✭✭Well, I've tried... and I can safely say I can even push upto 1k+ DPS... as long as I can keep spamming Flying Blade from Dual Wield skill line, and sadly thats all I got... and that only lasts like 5-10 seconds tops, no other skills, just spam Flying Blade.
Sadly, thats all, hence why I barely play anymore... a Stamina built DK, in Heavy Armor... just a pointless existence.1 -

AtriasNaradan✭✭✭TES series, at least as much as i play since oblivion, never really much about stamina. Even when i play as zero magic, we basically only need stamina to run, and swing or shoot weapon and use shield. Also all classes here right now are basically just different types of mages.
About heavy armor, it's the fault of armor actives being available to any type of armor usage as long as it's learned. Also armor cap is kinda make heavy armor a bit pointless since they only add a bit more armor in the end because of caps cuts.
That to say though, i still am a brute that use stamina build and heavy armor. I did use some magicka enchantments, but so far that's really all i need to kill others, especially 1 on 1 at PvP...so yea, still enjoying it at the least.0 -
DovresMalven✭✭✭Yeah, stam Dk's are doable, but you're gimping yourself in comparison to a magicka build. The vast imbalances with stam/magicka builds has been weighing heavily on me lately, and as my guild and others pressure me to move to a magicka build, I am having less and less fun. You can play this game however you like, true, however if you want to be effective, and enjoy spamming your skills more often, then you will need to go into Medium armor. Heavy armor returns barely any resources to be viable. Where as Medium armor reduces the cost of your abilities, and increase your stamina regeneration. I'm not going to go as far as those that nag that full Magicka build is way better than full stamina, but 5 Medium armor and 2 Light armor should be a good combination.0 -

Except that you can tank just as well in light armor with a staff. You should be able to melee dps just fine in heavy armor.
ZOS need to decide whether they want tanks mostly in heavy armor or heavy armor on more than just tanks.I can has typing!0
