Change 2H critical charge

Make the charge 80% crit or w.e, anything but a 100% crit because it isn't capable of getting a sneak bonus which makes 2h really only useful for sorcs that spam BE & charge. Oh also remove the cast time on wrecking blow.

Why does its crit chance have anything to do with sneak bonus? It doesn't need to be lowered.

Open with something else from stealth. Wrecking Blow from stealth hits like a damn truck.

Some abilities get sneak attack bonus, some do not. Charge-type abilities generally do not. It has nothing to do with crit chance. AFAIK, the only charge-type abiliy that gets sneak bonus is the nightblade teleport strike.

Because if it was 80% rather than auto crit, impenetrable would stop it critting. It's a vary badly hidden nerf it's crit chance thread. Op must have been killed by it in PVP.
