Well, VR14 alchemy stuff was found a while back (IIRC, or wat is an enchant) and the patch notes refer to removing VR14 fro group finder I think, so this seems to be another case of the cat being let out of the bag early.Nice, i want the whole set, that 5 piece bonus is awesome!

✭Its a fake link, if you know how the item id works, you can fake link items up to V15. The most common is to post links selling 'legendary' jewelry or weapons with two enchantments (one 'un-replaceable' and a player added done).
