Cool story bro...so tell us what motif / armor your are pictured wearing. Because it looks like nightingale armor, and it looks like you are standing outside of Whiterun...about 800 years in the future. i.e. go to a color station and show us how you colored this armor, in game.

its showing the large majority or either PVP'rs or not in VR yet. with everything blowing red circles on you. The Vampire down falls should have never been fire damage. it makes end game vamp impossible
