Patch Time Again - What will you be doing?

I should have left my pc on this morning and started downloading this damned patch, ahh the benefits of hindsight.....lol

So envious of you guys who are getting "...about 1% per minute..." - been patching for about 4 hours now and at 10% - BUT - now that everyone is awake my download speeds has dropped from it's peak of about 300mb/hr to about 75kb/hr - and of course that's only the first file - no idea how big or many the subsequent files are. Would MUCH rather have the patcher indicate a total patch size rather than going one file at a time

I am always concerned when they have to make a patch for the game while I'm still in the process of downloading the patch-day patch - this comment from seeing the Developer News about shutting down guild functionality. Worried that a new patch during a patching operation will cause the whole thing to fail and require a fresh install.

And there goes my timer - two traits done research and now sitting idle - and over 1gb of the FIRST patch file to go - 13% - WHEEEEEEE!!!! A gain of about 3% in 2 hours

• EU Downtime always been lower then US. EU server always had less problems after mondays patch because Zenimax fixes things on the EU server, they located bugs on US server. Very very unfair.....to the US...you meant the US server right?

• Read patch notes WHEN they are posted and PLAY the game and test.

-why did you nerf Y?

• Zenimax neither nerf or buff. They "tweak". Its called balance and fixing broken skills/mobs. The "Nerf" on vet mobs was explained, even though I personally did not like it one bit to make the game easier. However, Thats how it is. Either I accept it or dont play.

-why did you break Z?

• If you believe Zenimax breaks anything in game by will, seek a someone to talk to. Patches in ALL MMO breaks something. This is a fact. They do fix the problem....

-why did you lie about XYZ?

• Please state what Zenimax lied about. IF Zenimax lied about anything, we need to know. Please provide Fact and source.
• So far they delivered 100% as marketed, promised and according to their plan.

-ZOMG why can't I login?! The game is broken!

• Look at your own computer and wait a few hours/a day, and you can log in again. USE customer support.

-why haven't you posted the patch notes yet?

• The have no legal obligation to do so. ALL players must understand this. NO MMO has any legal obligation what so ever to tell you jack ****. NONE.

-is the justice system going live today?

• How many times do Zenimax have to answer that? No, Justice system is not in 1.3.

• All MMO have patch notes when they go LIVE, servers comes up and NO MMO posts every change they have done in the patch. (Except EVE Online, cause CCP is awesome!)

There STILL are a majority of players who believe there will be a SINGLE patch the next 15 years that doesn't mess up something when they apply it.

It's not their fault. They simply do not know what MMO are and how they work.

Yeah, that's the joke that you don't seem to get. The post was a compilation of all the posts that we see during every single patch but then when you have to explain the basic and simple logic it sort of loses the humor value. I mean did you really think the statement "why did you break Z" is an actual question? It has a letter variable in the statement that doesn't even pretend to be a real question. Also, why would I say I'm making a quitting post and a resubbing post immediately after if they were real questions? Way to ruin everything Cogo. GG!

p.s. Just for the sake of clarity (since I can't take anything for granted) I don't mean to imply that you literally did ruin all things in existence or that it was indeed a good game. I was being facetious. Google it.
