Guild Rank idea

I like the new Guild Rank add options,
But could you add in the permission list Edit Heraldry

We also need a Rank that is just below Guild Master, like Executive Officer,
That has same as Guild Master,

When a Guild Master is out of game due to real life, we need someone that can do changes like promote members to Officer status,

So if we had an Executive Officer Rank, that acts as the Guild Leader and has the same rights as Guild Leader then the guild could run smoothly when the GL is away from game.

We have a Guild right now that our Guild Master has been out for 3 months and we cant promote members to officer status, officers don't have the rights to promote.
As for the Guild master at this time he is MIA and no one has been able to contact him, or found out why is has been gone so long.

We have contact ESO and was told nothing they can do, Only option is to disband the guild and remake the guild, that means contacting 200 over members and doing re-invites.

I Agree that there should be some expanded options there, I hope your idea is accepted.

Nope, they still have not fixed it in the supposed guild upgrade patch. My GM has been gone for over 100 days customer service has done nothing in response to our requests to change guild leaders.

I'm in a guild with the same problem. Which means no tabard, new officers, and similar things. It'd be nice if either they would move the rank or allow for someone with similar access, just lacking the ability to disband the guild completely or demote the original GM.

I would think especially if they've unsubscribed or been away over a month or two, promoting someone should be allowable.

Similar problem: Bank access for guilds. They need an item withdrawal limit! Or the ability for guilds to set one.
