Indeed it is.
Tried on PTS my "new" crafted setup, and is absolutely superb. Anyone with half brains can realise the potential of the changes.
Yep these changes at first glance look like a hard nerf but when u really look at the bigger picture it is very much a huge buff not to mention the fact that they just nerfed all VR content which is now a joke to play. Hopefully with the new scale system they want to implement that will fix this face roll we have now.

Yeah warlock and seducer is going to be sick. For my build I will never run out of magicka or have to use any magicka restoring abilities (spell sym, dark conv, or resto heavy attacks), just straight out dps.
