I am playing in Wabba which is a great PvP experience BUT my guest campaign is completely dead for my alliance EP and totally dominated by AD. I check in all the time and AD has control of 90% of the keeps and all scrolls all the time since there is no EP or DC presence/resistance.
So my questions are,
1) Does the PvE side get the bonuses from these dominated campaigns?
2) When the time runs out in these "dead"campaigns, will the winning side get rewarded the same as a hotly contested campaign like Wabba?
What I would hope is the bonuses/rewards are based around the active presence of the enemy. If it is a lopsided population then that campaign should have a minimal positive impact on PvE and the rewards should be very small.
If however the answer to both of these is, "yes", then I consider that total and complete BS. Players should not be rewarded for basically playing a PvE game of, "kill the keep NPCs".
