This is an idea I had regarding the current attribute points system to address both the accepted "best" model of putting all 49 points into health/enchant for secondary stat as well as the weaknesses of stamina builds. My idea is to apply passive buffs after a certain number of attribute points were invested into stamina or magika, and to change the points given by a health attribute point back to 20. For example, you would earn a buff (for magika, increased range/damage/crit/armor peirce and decreased cost of spells, and for stamina you could earn increased damage/critical/peirce as well as a massively decreased cost for dodging/running/sneaking/abilities) after investing 5, 15, 25, 35, or 45 points to either stamina or magika. Tankier builds dedicated to heath would have much more health than others, but less potent damaging skills. This would encourage more player diversity and add more options to play your way.
