Stat Overcharge caps changed??

Was this in the patch notes? Stamina/magicka regen is capped at around 160 for me now instead of the normal 76ish. Most other stats have similarly higher soft caps.

I'm not complaining, but was this in the patch notes? If not are we sure it's intended? I think some soft caps certainly need to be changed so this could be a good thing but why was this done without notice?

Someone enlighten me D: Did I just miss something?

    Juggernaut, the heavy armor passive Is also reducing the cost of "break free" by 2/4% per piece on the pts. A lot more was changed than was in the notes per usual. I don't think anything was changed to light or medium. I will have to do more testing tomorrow. Stuff like this should not be left out. It would go a long way to calm down the community. I don't think that one change to heavy will be a game changer, but if armor soft cap was raised as well than we are at least going in the right direction. Still a ways to go I'm sure, but this is something.

    If so then good. The current caps were ridiculously low anyways. The caps on most things is just ridiculously low, like weapon damage and armor/spell resist. Caps on HP magica and stamina are really the only ones set at a good level, since no one hits the soft caps on those on traits alone like the rest.
