I know he's susceptible to fire, and I have a flame-enchanted sword, but other than that, I'm severely lacking in flame assaults. Anybody have any ideas about how to go up against him and succeed?

    lure him into one of the open fire nearby on the ground, he will then transform into human form and be much much weaker.

    Just lure him into the fire drops on the ground. He'll go down pretty fast.
