hey guys, bit of a noob question...
Where do you find the low level provisioning mats? I've gone back to low level zones, but it drops me Vr stuff. Is it bugged?

Alephen✭✭✭might suck, but can consider making a low level alt to grab the stuff.
generally it seems these kind of drops are gated by the lower of toon level and area level. but i know some VR areas are still dropping the low level stuff, so wouldnt be suprised to find the reverse occuring. also wouldnt be suprised if my assumption on drops is incorrect.0
