Any Good Campaigns Left?

Currently playing on Wabbajack for the Covenant, and I'm becoming really disappointed not only in the lag, but the lack of teamwork, cooperation, and initiative. It's becoming rather stale, having literal hour-long moments of glory then being beaten into the ground for days. Is there another campaign where, even if there aren't thousands of people, Daggerfall has some solid leadership and coordination? Also, is Celarus any fun?
