It gives 50% movement speed which is awesome BUT the movement speed doesnt apply when your blocking. Also i dont know if the battlefield mobility passive in shield and sword gives the 50% movement speed when blocking, i heard its bugged but idk, havent tested. But yeh, pretty much, no movement speed bonus while on the path while blocking. Would give tanks alot more mobility and imo should be changed
