Night's Silence Set Bonus Broken

The unannounced change to the night's silence set (220% sneak speed for 3 piece) does not function properly. No increased sneak speed is given.

This was such an exciting change that allowed players to gain sneak speed without being vamp. Please get this fixed soon!

I've read somewhere today that people are able to sneak "sprint" without leaving sneak - as long as they keep pushing a melee ability while having enemy under cursor constantly, they are moving at high speed.
Maybe that's supposed to be this bonus, and it's just no as clear as it should be. Or it's related to a totally different thing, idk.

Confirmed. new nights silence 3 piece bonus does NOT work on my nightblade medium armour set.
Its a great bonus....just fix it please.

I think there are several sets that are broken from this patch, I had the nights silence as well along with hundings on my nb. I was dying to 2 npc's in VR content left and right yesterday. Not too mention, I don't thing the impenetrable trait is working properly either. Just checked my character sheet and if it is supposed to show up under crit resistance, which I thought it was suppose too but I might be wrong, then it is broken because mine is still showing 0 after having four pieces with the trait on them.

One more little thing about the Night's Silence set: a spelling error. It says "Incease" instead of "Increase". Might aswell fix that while you're at it

maybe the mean 220% cease in speed.

Maybe they meant 22% speed increase in stealth. That would sound more reasonable.

I think even 22% speed increase is way too much, i think about 5% would be fine, you dont want it to be an armor set that everyone and their mom uses

All depends on how it stacks.
If it's 220% of the -sneaking- speed, that works out to about 110% of normal running speed.

Thanks everyone, this is scheduled to be fixed (both the tooltip and the bonus itself) when we release Update 3. For the record, the correct stealth bonus is 60% and not 220%.

Let's hope you guys are not crazy and allow vampires to run with 160% while stealthed and NB vamps with 185%.

Put a cap of 100% (normal speed) or 125% (vamp + Concealed Weapon) on sneak speed.

If it goes above the current 125% it will be a joke...

I love how your comments are always so one-sided against Vampires and for NB's when it's all your opinion of how NB should work and you won't use the tools given to you to make your own NB super fast. That'll mean your own NB will be at 200% speed with the above mentioned tools while non-NB's will cap out at 160% max capable speed.

Yeah it's 200%, if it ends up working that way. Take 100% (negation of sneak penalty) add 60% = 160%. Add 25% to that 160% and you get 200% not 185, math is hard. However this is moot, it's completely unlikely that it will stack with Dark Stalker and Shadow Dancer as yes, it would make for uber fast sneakers of all Classes, especially your NB. Actually I take that back, I'm 100% for this to be the way. Can you imagine crossing Cyro in a giant zerg of sneakers moving faster than full horse sprint speed, rofl.

It is hard for some people to understand, but no I would not wanna mess the whole game up because I can get godmode. I just stick to the first choice i ever made and I won't care if they will nerf me or boost me in the next update. I'm playing a NON vampire NB as my main and that's it.

Sneaking speed above the current NB-vamp will be ridiculous.

Also stop mentioning the Shadow Dancer's set. It's complete garbage and no good player is using it. The best you can get is half the veteran rank cap AND restricted to light armour only.

So, 1.3.3 is live, and you are telling me that Night's Silence, Night Stalker & Concealed weapon stack? We are talking +200% speed while stealthed. I'd also like to know if this is working as intended.
