NA - PvP Serious Guilds/Players will all pick the same server on reset?

If this is happening, can someone please post what it is here?

It would be awesome if there was a server where all guilds who claim to be PvP focused were willing to put their money where their mouth is.

Its easy to dominate a server as a guild who has little opposition. It would be awesome if there was a server where all who thought they were good at PvP could go and find out.

We are staying in Wabbajack for now, been having tons of fun with the fights there since we joined a few months ago, in spite of the queues.

all depends on populations. No one is going to wait 1hr in queue every night.

Agree @Halrloprillalar‌ no one likes wait times.

Hopefully we see some more responses in the thread to get an idea where a lot of guilds/players will be going with Home/Guest.

I'd like to see us as a community do what we can to scale the AvA content on our own if possible.

If BT stays approximately the way it is, my guild (AD) might make it our home - (this is tentative and in no way a promise), which equates to about 10-20 people on an average weeknight.

I honestly think Celerus can be a great place to fight. With the short duration, it tends to boom every other week. If enough serious guilds show up, I feel we can overcome the emperor farming problem and have a great 3 way fight each night (without the lag, looking at your Wabba).

Yeah, I like PvP, not PvNPC.

But I've seen guilds do it. Who knows what drives them.

My Guild and allied guilds are making a home campaign with Alacrity + other good AD guilds and Endless Rage from DC and some other good DC guilds, we will drop the name of the campaign a few hours before reset once everything is finalised

Yup, unless they change guesting or buffs from cyrodiil outside of home zone this will be the standard.

I really hoped they would speed up the changes to cyrodiil. At this rate I'm not going to be playing much longer.

With this lag/Wabbajack resetting multiple times a night, I won't be playing PvP much longer.

Sorry, but those are not pvp guilds if they are avoiding competition. In fact, the most easily identified difference between a pvp guild and a pve one is whether they actually want the other side to fight back...

Guesting kills campaigns.

PVP guilds will go to a dead campaign, run the map, get the buffs, and then guest in whatever campaign they please.

Ah well, I'll be in the campaign where the most fighting occurs.

Alacrity has not decided where it is going yet. Sorry, but your source is mistaken. We will have an Emperor on whatever the most populated server is. This is the only thing you can count on.

Hopefully they will drop the total number of campaigns to < 5 and offer better rewards through pvp. Then most if not all campaigns will have good population.

Rather have queues than have imbalanced servers... should have 3 VR (even 3 could be 1 too many) servers and 1 non VR... though I think the non VR server is pointless it will be dead quite soon.

Hopefully some of the AD guilds/ppl that moved to wabba in the last week or so move off.. The camp has been filled with fail scroll farms, sej oil parties, no real faction benefiting objectives and terrible pugs.. Trying to get organized in this camp is like herding cats..

I personally would love to see a server where PvP was the actual focus, not objectives. I wish ESO had more roaming, and by roaming I don't mean 15 AD stealthed in a field (Yes AD, this is your MO), but small groups who only wanted skill based fights.

Just to be clear, Endless Rage hasn't yet decided which server we are going to or which guilds we want to compete against. We are certainly looking for a challenge and will likely end up in a campaign with a decent population for all three factions.

Edit: Our top 3 right now are Bloodthorn, Auriel's Bow and Dawnbreaker, in no particular order. These, of course, may change once we have a better idea about server populations.

I think they hinted at it in the "path ahead" post, but I really like the idea of a neutral arena where a group of 12 can compete against another group of 12. I forget if that has been implemented yet or will soon, but that is my goal.

My favorite fights are when guildmates find an equal group and go back and forth-- sometimes we wipe, sometimes they wipe, but it is entertaining and much better than the zerg rolling through everything.

Or worse, the stupid VR12 impulse spam train that AD seems to have perfected.

Unfortunately, as Wabbajack's DC came to understand they were losing the campaign, more and more have piled into Bloodthorn. 3 bars to Locked is common over this last week. Even with that we crowned two emperors last weekend, but seriously, it's starting to take its toll.

EP is the only other faction with 'presence' on BT, as AD is all but absent most days, and every day we log into a fully blue map, often with 20-30 spawn campers (yesterday was especially egregious with DC INSIDE of the North Morrowind spawn point).

As soon as the campaigns end in a few hours, what incentive do we have to remain on as the 'loyal opposition'? That's something my guild is seriously debating right now. I'm not seeing a lot of upside.
