[Request] Document API Changes along with Patch Notes

Some of us addon authors do pop in to PTS to cut down time to update for when changes go live. A second stickied thread (eg: "PTS - API Version 1000XX notes") for changes alongside the patch notes going forward will help a lot.
With 1.1.x to API 100004 there weren't many backwards-incompatible changes. With 1.2.x to API 100007 we've already discovered several changes (see thread at ESOUI) and managed to deduce what some are, but it'd help a lot if these were documented. I realize PTS changes might not make it to live, but at the very least it'd help give a heads-up.

Sephiroth018✭✭If you (= ZOS) don't want to document the PTS API changes, then at least give us a changelist after release, just as you do with changes to the game. Everything else means you don't want to support the API, which would be a really bad idea...0 -
