Whatever happened with stacking siege?

Patch notes said we can now stack siege! But when it went live nothing was changed. That was several patches ago. Did the need for that change just fade away when it was DOA? Was there ever any official comment on what happened? Communication and patching in this game is bizarre.

Jaxom✭✭✭✭Agreed. Patch notes said to stack to 5 but never happened. There hasnt been any follow up yet that I know of.0
