1. The mobs follow you back the wayshrine when you rez there.
2. In the first area, pulling one mob pulls them all.
3. They are vet 12 but dropping level 5 potions. I didn't get any gear drops so I don't know about those.
4. Be prepared for a learning curve, this is tough.
5. I did not notice any mobs not fighting, so that bug might not be an issue in this dungeon.

This is in a vet level 2 area. Should't the mobs be vet level 2 instead of vet level 12?

Depends on which starter zone, but yes the mobs should only be Vr10 max?

It's a tier 3 veteran dungeon so it should be VR12 which is the current max. the tier 2 dungeons are VR10. Also reguarding potions there are currently not any potions better than VR5 ones.

I've gotten the 'mobs follow back to wayshrine' thing before on regular dungeons on the rare occasion on the live server. Not sure what causes it. *shrug*

Level of potions are caped to the level of NPC in Cyrodiil for some reason. When max lvl of Cyrodiil NPC was 50, max droped potion level was also 50. Even if you loot if from vr12 mob. Now, after they upgraded Cyrodiil NPC to VR5 droped potions level also upgraded to VR5.
It means that if mob is higher then VR5 he will drop VR5 potion.

Devs clearly stated that Crypt of Hearts will be for VR12 characters so i expect that mobs there are also VR12 or above
