"Siege Warfare" quest not working, cannot hit things with catapult and trebuchet

One of the tutorial quests upon entering Cyrodiil where you have to try out three types of weapons (catapults, ballistae and trebuchets) seems to be bugged. I get the quest update after hitting target dummy with ballistae but not with the other two weapons although I target dummies and even destroy them. Logging out and back in does not seem to fix it nor abandoning the quest and picking it up again. I play in DC alliance in EU server and I've chosen Auriel's Bow campaign.

Have the same problem in Dawnbreaker campaign(seems cam. doesn`t matter,just a bug).Hope it`ll be fixed.There is no way neither to skip tutorial yet (1 quest of it is complete), nor to finish it to gain daily quests.

are they ever gonna fix this? been this way for a long long time. it is almost time to cancel sub with some of the longtime bugs going around.

There was a dev post mentioning they were aware of it and working on a fix. Sort of like the forward camps and the lag.

I can confirm that this quest now works and the progress does not stop. You can test all three types of weapons and advance to further stages of the quest. Thanks for fixing it!
